I’m originally from North Yorkshire in the UK and emigrated to New Zealand in 2002 with my husband and two daughters who were 8 and 4 at the time. We chose Northland as my grandparents also emigrated here in the 70’s and I had visited Whangārei a couple of times and liked the area, the climate, and the laid-back lifestyle. In my spare time I like to read, exercise, and catch up with friends.
Kia Ora, I’m Shedal! I have been a receptionist here at Kensington health since 2019.
Born and raised in the far north, I whakapapa to Te Aupouri & Ngati Kahu but have lived in Whangārei since 2010 with my partner and two beautiful children, who you may occasionally see around the front desk! My passions include traveling, make up artistry & going to F45 with my partner.
I was born in England, went to school, did my nurse training at 18yr, got married at 21yr, had my 2 boys and at 26yrs old came to New Zealand and never looked back. Now we have a perfect family of 2 sons and daughter in laws, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
I have worked at Primecare then Kensington Health for more years than I can remember and still enjoy the work and company!
